DC/DC storage battery capacity verification technology is an “energy feedback type” capacity verification technology developed to solve the pain points of traditional capacity verification. It realizes on-line constant current discharge and charging of storage batteries through DC/DC boost-buck circuits without detaching from the system, reducing the impact on power supply continuity. DC/DC storage battery capacity verification technology adopts high-frequency DC/DC modules (the main core is boost circuit and constant current charging module), contactors, diodes and other components, and its working states include three modes: standby floating charge, capacity verification discharge and constant current charging. In the standby floating charge state, the storage battery is directly connected to the system; during capacity verification discharge, the DC/DC boost circuit raises the storage battery voltage to be higher than the DC bus voltage, making the storage battery supply power instead of the rectifier; after discharge, it automatically switches to constant current charging to restore the storage battery capacity.
